EXPERT KNOTLESS DUAL - DOUBLE JOINT FLEXIBLE FIXATION
Dual flexible fixation system for the distal tibiofibular joint to treat unstable syndesmosis lesions, indicated for patients with: overweight, osteoporosis, high-performance athletes and injuries with severe instability in the sagittal plane (anteroposterior).
- Double fixation provides better fixation stability, with a lateral support plate that increases the contact surface on the fibula;
- Absence of knots prevents discomfort and irritation of soft tissues;
- Better clinical scores compared to the technique of fixing syndesmosis with a screw:
– Lower rates of complications related to implant failure;
– Lower rate of reoperation for removal of the implant; and
– Support of early total body load.
- High resistance surgical and suture tapes made of UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), braided and non-absorbable;
- Raw material: Titanium 6Al4V according to ASTM F 136 standard.
